Between Nick who talked me through a leak on Easter Sunday, Stan who diagnosed the problem and did the initial work to get the leak sorted and Roman and James who spent an entire weekend day replacing my water heater and expansion tank and resetting the entire system, great experience with everyone at this company. The gauge on our boiler had been broken for a while. Bill was very communicative and responsive to my husband's inquiries. On the day of our scheduled service, two workers under Bill came on time and worked on replacing the gauge. They did a great job at answering all of our questions and went above and beyond in their service. We are so grateful that we found Bill of East Falls Plumbing.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Never fixed the issue, my toilet was clogged and the water was leaking on the floor when the toilet was flushed , they came used a toilet augur charged me $260 and said the toilet was fixed the issue wasn’t fixed and the toilet was still leaking, they came back out 3 days later and charged me another $500. This place is a rip off, I would never use them again or recommend to anyone. Why was I charged twice for the same job that you NEVER fixed. RIP OFF.To make matters worst they are never on time, the first time they came at 11:30am when they were suppose to be here at 9am, second time they were suppose to be here at 12pm but came at 3pm. Horrible

Services have been great! I have used them for my home and today for my mom’s house due to a leak coming from the cold water for the water heater. They immediately came as soon as possible diagnose the problem and fixed it all within an hour. Got everything up to code and install properly. Great work!

The representative was outstanding. He was personable efficient knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a few things about the job he was performing. He answered all and any questions I had.
