I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

I had a clogged sewer line , and a break in my main water pipe at the curb. water was coming out the sidewalk running down the block . I gave greater works plumbing a call and Quentin was very knowledgeable about the problem and coming up with solution. They unclogged my drain and repaired my water line in 1 day and was very professional and clean. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Professional plumbing company who took the time to explain what I needed which was a new water heater and what the benefits would be if I added an expansion tank. Particular plumber that was sent out was late, left trash everywhere, shotty and incomplete work . Very expensive. I had to ask for receipts to be sent to me and it wasn’t itemized. Most receipts detail what services you paid for. Beware of the plumber Jamone

Ed hughes provided me with a very reasonable estimate for the work that was to be performed, once I accepted and put my deposit down Andrew was at my home the very next day installing my new system.
