They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

The worst communication I have ever had with a commercial plumbing company. I sent someone out to one of my sites, technician never checked in with anyone who actually worked there. When i tried to get them to go back, i was told sorry there is nothing else we can do Wish there was a 0 star rating i could give. Will NEVER use this company again

I had a pipe burst in a poorly installed wet bar sink left by my home's previous owner. My HVAC company wasn't licensed to repair it. Due to other old valves in the house I couldn't stop the leak without shutting off my steam heat boiler. Plumbers my HVAC people recommended either didn't return the call, or flat out refused to cross City Ave. to do the job. I live near Montgomery County, PA. I've had many contractors refuse to come two blocks into the city. Ifixdit Plumbing, busy on jobs, called back in less than 15 minutes, was at my house in 24 hours, repaired the leak by cutting out the sink and capping the pipes at my request. Also replaced the two bad valves that forced me to shut off my heat. My new go-to guys!

My experience with MTD Drains was an awesome experience. Called them and they came out to snake my sewer line same day. Unfortunately, my sewer line was completely broken and had to replace the pipe front porch to curb. Scheduled that, they took care of everything and they came out exactly on time on scheduled date. The job was completed same day with minimal damages to my concrete and front porch. I def would call them again for other plumber services. Highly recommend.

I called all around and mike from best price plumbing . was the only plumber I could get on the phone on a Friday. he came right out and investigated my emergency and put a sound test on my pipe outside and determined that it was a broken lead water service. that he was going to need to get a permit for my job.I told him I can not wait because I have a baby in the house. he then r knocked on my Nabor’s door and ran a hose from my house to the neighbors and boom ?!! He got me water he came back with the permit a few later and got the job done neat and clean me and my family are very impressed with mike and his guys are top notch plumbers highly recommend to anyone in need of a good honest plumber

Came home from a week away to smell water, and it turn into a multi day project with insurance and calling local plumber by plumber by plumber almost begging for someone to respond. 3 days in of still no response, found Szollose online at 5pm on a Wednesday, they called back immediately, and we'll be there 8:30 tomorrow morning. On the dot, perfect. Helpful, great to deal with, tracked down a different leak we didn't know was happening, and ended up having them fix (3) different projects while here. Highly recommended, and unlike others, easy to do business with, get in contact with, and quality work. Thank you!

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

I had a really good experience with American DrainZ. The initial consultation for the work was very through and informative. The price quoted was a great value for the work needed. On the scheduled workday they were running behind schedule, however Brandon contacted me to inform me of the delay. Once he arrived his approach to the work was very methodical and he answered all my questions regarding what he was doing. The work done was very professional. Really happy I found Philadelphia Plumbing Services. After the combined sewer backed up into my basement during a heavy rain for the second time in a month, I reached out to see if they could come up with a solution for me. They were easy to schedule and showed up when they said they would. Julio assessed my current setup & explained his solution, potential issues he might encounter, the amount of time it was likely to take, and estimated the final cost. After that, he and his partner got straight to work. It took about 4 hours for them to excavate the section of my old drain pipe & replace it along with a new access port that contained a backwater valve to prevent wastewater from rushing into my house during heavy rains. While they were at it, they also replaced my sink connection & gave me a new laundry connection (which I hadn’t requested but 100% needed.) Midway through the job, Julio called me down to provide me with info that he correctly thought I’d want to know. When the job was complete, all the debris was removed & the site was left in a really clean condition. Across the board, my experience with Philadelphia Plumbing Services was positive. I feel confident the job was done well, it was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to my daily life, and was completed at a transparent & reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to a friend & will be a return customer.

My oven igniter failed and I called to have it replaced. Within 48 hours, I had a brand new igniter installed in my oven and we were on our way. I thought the cost was reasonable as well. Would definitely call them for service again. Thank you.

I’ve used this company two separate times. They were always professional and knowledgeable. Also patient and informative when I asked questions. Not to mention I received estimates from other companies and they were much higher. One company didn’t even show up! The plumber from Quality showed up at the time he scheduled and didn’t waste any time getting to work. I will definitely be using them again.
