I was recommended this heating and plumbing company by a very skilled electrician I had previously hired to do some rewiring. I worked with Ryan and CJ who installed an indirect water heater as a second zone on my high efficiency boiler.The install was quick and tidy. We ran in to a difficult problem of intermittent banging which presented itself after all of the work was paid for (I paid half up front and half upon completion). The problem was difficult to diagnose because it would only happen every hour of so. Ryan and CJ were extremely patient and diligent as they came out to my residence 5 or 6 times to try and remedy the install. After replacing each part and though discussions with the manufacturers, eliminated the boiler and the water tank as culprits and zeroed in on a pump with a broken check valve. The folks at city plumbing are consummate professionals. I gladly recommend their work and their ability to stand by it.

I had a major toilet blockage today and I contacted Tony. He came out very quickly and resolved my problem. He was very professional and even gave me tips on how to resolve similar issues in the future. I will definitely be using his plumbing services in the future.

I contacted Roger Ross Plumbing to fix the tub spout in my bathroom, which was leaking behind the wall. Scheduling was easy and the people on the phone are very nice. The plumbers showed up a bit before the scheduled time and were finished with the job in about a half hour, they attached a threaded fitting to the pipe and re-installed the tub spout. It’s working now with no leaks, I would recommend Roger Ross if you need any plumbing work done.

Great experience. They are able to problem solve because my home is old and job did not go as smoothly as planned. My plumbing issues where the main valve in the home and new tub faucet. Job was done about 5 months ago and everthing is working great. I would hire Rob again.

I called all around and mike from best price plumbing . was the only plumber I could get on the phone on a Friday. he came right out and investigated my emergency and put a sound test on my pipe outside and determined that it was a broken lead water service. that he was going to need to get a permit for my job.I told him I can not wait because I have a baby in the house. he then r knocked on my Nabor’s door and ran a hose from my house to the neighbors and boom ?!! He got me water he came back with the permit a few later and got the job done neat and clean me and my family are very impressed with mike and his guys are top notch plumbers highly recommend to anyone in need of a good honest plumber

On the scheduled workday they were running behind schedule, however Brandon contacted me to inform me of the delay. Once he arrived his approach to the work was very methodical and he answered all my questions regarding what he was doing. The work done was very professional. It now says that Philadelphia Plumbing Services (PPS) is temporarily closed (8/25/2021) and maybe my issues are connected with this closure. However, my experience with this company was terrible. They didn't show for the appointment (w/o giving any explanation) and didn't return calls.I made an appointment to install hook-ups for a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. A week before the appointment, my wife called to ask some minor questions. Scheduler Graham took down the questions, but neither called back nor had answers for my wife when she called back several days later.On the day of the appointment (our questions still hadn't been answered), no one had came during the arrival window PPS had given us. I therefore called for an ETA. Graham told me he that he would try to reach the plumber. When I hadn't heard back after 20 minutes, I called again and was told that the plumber was MIA and that it wasn't clear when he would arrive. The plumber never showed and I never heard back from anyone at PPS, not even the next day. Very, very strange experience. Wouldn't recommend.

My family and I were without hot water for about a week because of water damage to our almost new 50 gallon tank. Mr. Rooter's staff was able to install a tankless water heater for a fair price (same ball park as two companies, and substantially less than the 4th).Curt and Tyler were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and worked hard to restore our hot water.While other companies quoted this as a multiple day job, Mr. Rooter's staff got the project done in about 6 hours, which was fantastic! The total team of four members helped throughout the process of removing and installing.I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for their plumbing services, even if you're unsure- allow them the opportunity to quote the job, and earn your business.. you will not be disappointed! We got the work done in April, but I waited a bit to make sure it worked as well as I'd hoped... tankless water heaters are worth the extra money.

I have a defective sewer lateral write-up from the city. The repair job involves a lot of street digging before the pipe can be replaced. I am so glad to have found Bart Emanuel & Son for the job.
