My go to plumber for sure.

Really happy I found Philadelphia Plumbing Services. After the combined sewer backed up into my basement during a heavy rain for the second time in a month, I reached out to see if they could come up with a solution for me. They were easy to schedule and showed up when they said they would. Julio assessed my current setup & explained his solution, potential issues he might encounter, the amount of time it was likely to take, and estimated the final cost. After that, he and his partner got straight to work. It took about 4 hours for them to excavate the section of my old drain pipe & replace it along with a new access port that contained a backwater valve to prevent wastewater from rushing into my house during heavy rains. While they were at it, they also replaced my sink connection & gave me a new laundry connection (which I hadn’t requested but 100% needed.) Midway through the job, Julio called me down to provide me with info that he correctly thought I’d want to know. When the job was complete, all the debris was removed & the site was left in a really clean condition. Across the board, my experience with Philadelphia Plumbing Services was positive. I feel confident the job was done well, it was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to my daily life, and was completed at a transparent & reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to a friend & will be a return customer.

Finally I found a plumber that did what was promised. Actually he even did a little bit extra. I called them to service my toilet that was leaking from underneath somewhere. After he finished he unclogged my sink n bathtub for free.He has a amazing work ethic but what was different about him was that when he talked about plumbing you could see that he loved everything about it. It was a joy to talk to him and the price was perfect. I recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber n they both thanked me.

My shower broke down right before I was expecting to have company stay in from out of town. Callow hill was able to resolve the issue quickly and effectively right in time for my guests to arrive.Very grateful to know about this plumbing company in case any other emergencies or plumbing needs arise.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Bobby plumbing and heating, I paid a deposit of $1800 for some work to be done, but unfortunately, the person stopped answering my calls and never did the work. I have tried to contact them several times, but to no avail. This is an extremely unprofessional and unethical behavior. I would advise everyone to stay away from Bobby plumbing and heating, and find a more reliable service provider who values their customers and their money.I hope this helps. Paid him $475 to fix the leak on my basement. Leak again the next day. Promise to come back, but never pick up the phone again.

This company has employees who throws trash out of their work van outside restaurants and don’t care I don’t recommend people like this and neither should you!

The lady's in the office that answer the phones are unprofessional and disrespectful when you try to help them with there jobs by contacting other company like peco but other then that the guys that work for this company are very nice and have respect for the customers when they come out.
