Excellent service! Two trucks and a team of four technicians ( name drop time: Heberth Gil, Claudio Munoz, Luis Rodriguez and Justin Gibson ) who showed nothing but professionalism. They had a old worn out system to remove and a new Trane 3-Ton system installed in a day. A bigger more efficient system. I have nothing but good things to say! Nothing stops Pro Tech and Trane Air conditioning! A great experience. I highly recommend them if you live in the service market.Rick R.

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

The dispatcher was very sympathetic to my needs. They arrived within 15 min of me calling. The tech was very understanding to my concerns and jumped right into it solving the problem. Most importantly they were able to solve other issues I didn't see. Most friendly ever.

John was pleasant and courteous. He seemed knowledgeable and told me how he could fix my problems. He told me what the cost was and let me decide what was to be done. He did what I agreed to quickly and left no mess. I was satisfied with his work. Good job.
