Lifesavers. Fast, responsive and informative service! A broken hose bib on the outside of the house caused us a flooded patio, but within 2 hours of me calling the hose bib was fixed! Jeff was quick to call back, within 5 minutes and me leaving a message with the message service. He was very empathetic of the situation and honest about the costs up front and an estimate in my email Inbox before the plumber showed up! Their communication is the best I’ve seen from a service team! Emails and phone calls letting me know cost and estimated time of arrival to fix my hose bib. Gene arrived and quickly the situation and had the work of cleaning up the broken hose bib and replacing it! Granted he had to open the hole in the wall much larger and then drill a new hole for the new hose bib. After the new pipe and hose bib was installed, Gene did a great job to patch the hole and make it seamless against the wall. Granted I still need to paint the patch, but I have the feeling that if Gene could wait the 24+ hours he would have painted it for me - LOL.
Overall I was impressed the expedient, professional and courteous work provided by Jeff and Gene. If I or any of my friends need a plumber I will certainly call or recommend a call to Jeff’s Kitchen, Bath & Beyond!!

Our plumber's name was Nestor. He was punctual and professional and was very sociable. He did a wonderful job and was very easy to converse with regarding the issues regarding our plumbing. MJS Construction Services (Mike) did a great job! He took a difficult situation (commercial building fire) and made the whole rebuilding experience super easy and effortless. I’m a DIY guy but when the cheap 25 foot sewer snake falls out of its holder and into the drain, I try to retrieve it myself to no avail. I called and within 2 hours Arron had the snake out of my vent stack. I would highly recommend them for great service.

They just re-piped my home and their staff is exceptional. Dustin was the foreman on my job and he kept me informed and explained everything to me before they started. The staff at my home were great to have around and were very personable why still doing their job. James did my drywall repair and I expected lots of dust, but to my surprise there was limited clean up. Yes there was some dust, but that is to be expected with drywall repair but it was minimal. These guys are life savers!! We had a leak in the kitchen that we had 3 other companies come out and could not fix. Thankfully these guys are absolute pros! They came ou, iidentified the problem and had it repaired in no time at all! We highly recommend Orlando Leak Detection!

Poor communication & beware of their surcharges of nearly $100. They will quote you with something seemingly reasonable & then change it the day of..a 30 minute job should not cost $400. Not to mention, they can never give you an appointment time yet they will charge by the hour. If you’re a business & aren’t on the premise upon their arrival, this is very inconvenient. Will never recommend or use again.

Had them replace my water heater, cost half as much as the quote from the plumber you hear advertising on the radio. The installer was on time and professional. Install was quick and up to code.

Had them back out to unclog the drain line from the washing machine, arrived on time and fixed the problem price was good. Excellent service.

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.

Workers are not properly trained to do their job correctly and fail to uncap the street valves on your yard to release air. That causes water eruption in the toilets of homes. We called to complain and spoke to Mr, Walker who was very rude and unprofessional. The company has no accountability. Find another company who cares and is more professional.
