Lapin services was recommend to us and we are not disappointed. Carlos as promised, kept regular contact with us before, during and after the project. A simple septic tank pump turned out to be something more complicated, but our service man, Randy, followed through on every detail, taking all the necessary time to complete the job. And, he charged no more than a simple pump. In today's world, the kind of service we received is refreshing and, sadly, rare. Randy is a great worker. He worked hard. He spoke with integrity. He was thorough and kept me informed every step of the way. If he were in my business, I would hire him in a heartbeat. What a great representative of Lapin. Highest marks and recommendations! Toby is amazing! We bought a house and wanted to feel confident that the plumbing was in good shape. Toby got us there, with his professionalism, experience, practical advice and recommendations. We bought some fixtures he installed and he replaced all of the valves (stops) under the sinks because they were old and some were stuck. We wanted to prevent plumbing problems later on so that was good advice as a preventative measure. He also installed a new water heater and new toilet with good recommendations that we are please with. And let's not leave out how courteous and friendly he is as well! And clean, MWPP's motto! Our plumber's name was Nestor. He was punctual and professional and was very sociable. He did a wonderful job and was very easy to converse with regarding the issues regarding our plumbing. The dispatcher was very sympathetic to my needs. They arrived within 15 min of me calling. The tech was very understanding to my concerns and jumped right into it solving the problem. Most importantly they were able to solve other issues I didn't see. Most friendly ever.

These guys were money. Best experience I have ever had with any crew. Crew of 4 completed my repipe in 6 hours, city inspector came the next morning followed by another crew to reset the holes. Totally satisfied customer and their price was also reasonable. Two huge thumbs up. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

The people at Rainaldi did a great job. The lady who answered the phone was very professional and nice, and someone got dispatched within a couple of hours to clean out my main drain line. And Lee came out and did a great job and explained everything and was very professional and helpful. I was able to utilize a $93 sewer line clean out special.
Now all my house drains work properly again!
