I never leave reviews on here or any where else for that matter, however Albert with Stronghold plumbing was awesome! I had an emergency drainage clog and he cleared it right away! I called Pat's Plumbing late afternoon on Friday, May 26th. I explained that my 92 year old Aunt's water heater broke. She and her caregiver were without hot water. We were entering Memorial Day weekend and didn't expect any service until at least Tuesday. However, Pat said he would replace the water heater early Saturday morning. He arrived when he said he would and quickly installed the new water heater. My Aunt now has hot water again. Also, Pat's price was the best and he was extremely kind and professional. Our plumber's name was Nestor. He was punctual and professional and was very sociable. He did a wonderful job and was very easy to converse with regarding the issues regarding our plumbing. He represented Roto Rooter outstandingly. I will definitely use Roto Rooter again after the impression he left.

Service was great and the problem was fixed quickly. Receptionist was very polite getting us on the schedule as soon as possible. The plumber that came out was actually the owner of the business. MJS Construction Services (Mike) did a great job! He took a difficult situation (commercial building fire) and made the whole rebuilding experience super easy and effortless. He took the reigns and completed the project in a professional, knowledgeable and affordable manner. I would use him again for any other projects that may come my way.

They just re-piped my home and their staff is exceptional. Dustin was the foreman on my job and he kept me informed and explained everything to me before they started. The staff at my home were great to have around and were very personable why still doing their job. James did my drywall repair and I expected lots of dust, but to my surprise there was limited clean up. Yes there was some dust, but that is to be expected with drywall repair but it was minimal. Paramount Plumbing went above and beyond when we requested service for a local company in Winter Park we manage. Our plumbing specialist, Alva, is who really impressed us and prompted me to write this review; He arrived on very short notice, and on a Saturday nonetheless. Alva provided top-notch service, and essentially 'saved the day' upon his speedy and thorough resolution for the issue we were experiencing.

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.

We had to call someone to help with a problem on our lift station. Granted they were quick to help but the charges were outrageous. $3500 for less than one hour work. Feel like WE are the ones who got hosed. Get a price BEFORE you let them work for you and by all means, WATCH YOUR WALLET.
