Kim, who answered the phone, was great. Unfortunately, my experience with Patrick the Plumbing Supervisor was lacking. He sent someone to my home a day early for a repipe consult without informing me and naturally I was not there. When the appointment was rescheduled he was an hour late and did not have the courtesy to call and notify me. Though he apologized, I found his disregard for my time and poor communication unacceptable, especially considering he would be responsible for an invasive repipe project at my home.The verbal price he provided was double what anyone else quoted ($8k for a small 2 bath home, no drywall repair). Further, when asked to replace a shower valve with a new unit I would be providing, his verbal quote was $1,000 for the labor to do so during the course of the repipe. That’s on top of the blown out repipe price. Other companies quoted $50 labor or just included it at no charge.And lastly, I asked for a written (emailed) quote which he promised in two days following the consult. I have to yet to receive it.

I called Pat's Plumbing late afternoon on Friday, May 26th. I explained that my 92 year old Aunt's water heater broke. She and her caregiver were without hot water. We were entering Memorial Day weekend and didn't expect any service until at least Tuesday. However, Pat said he would replace the water heater early Saturday morning. He arrived when he said he would and quickly installed the new water heater. My Aunt now has hot water again. Also, Pat's price was the best and he was extremely kind and professional. After being quoted $771 and charged an 89 visit fee to fix a small leak in my attic. I contacted Best Plumbing for a quote and the gave me a quote over the phone and set up an appt. The tech came in promptly on time took 30 min to fix my issue and charged me the same price I was quoted over the phone. I was sooo Happy to find a company that was not trying to over charge me and take advantage of my situation. Thank you for your great service and being an honest company. Definitely will be my to go in the event I ever need any further work.

We recently had to have a new AC unit installed and went with Rainaldi Home Services. The customer service we received was by far the best I’ve experienced in years. The technician was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the process while performing the work, answered any questions that were asked, and worked efficiently to assure we were able to get our AC up and running again. They did a beautiful job replacing the unit and went above and beyond on making the experience wonderful. I would highly recommend using this business if you’re in need of replacing your AC unit as it ages out!

We had to call someone to help with a problem on our lift station. Granted they were quick to help but the charges were outrageous. $3500 for less than one hour work. Feel like WE are the ones who got hosed. Get a price BEFORE you let them work for you and by all means, WATCH YOUR WALLET.
