Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Orlando FL

I've been using Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond for 9 years now and have found them to be the best priced plumber while still delivering quality service. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing jobs you need done.

Reliance plumbing has been to our home several times. This review is for the installation of a new hot water heater. A technician arrived shortly after I called, and offered to repair or replace our water heater. Pricing was clearly explained. The heater was replaced the next morning. The technician was professional, conscientious, and offered tips on maintaining our water heater and other plumbing. Trying to do an extra-good job, the technician connected the relief valve to the drain in the wall rather than leave it to drain into the pan under the heater as the previous plumber did. Unknown to him, the wall drain did not in fact drain to the outside. Fortunately I knew how many drains were on the outside of the wall, and the technician was actually willing to test his hookup when I questioned it. A bit of water ended up in our family room, and the drain arrangement had to be changed. I deducted one star for this incident, although I suspect that many other plumbers would have ignored a housewife's concerns and told me everything would be just fine. Then I would have had a flood later. Overall I was very satisfied with this service call. Disclosure: Reliance Plumbing offered to enter my name in a draw for a refund up to $200 in exchange for writing this review, regardless of how I rated the service call.

Albert, thank you for being professional and quick. I would recommend Stronghold plumbing. He followed up with me after the work was done to make sure there was no issues and you don’t see that type of quality professional anymore.

I honestly have never been serviced by this company,... HOWEVER.... my bf works for the company and he has said NOTHING BUT positive things about the people that he works for.
The owner, Kent, is not only a kind and considerate man, but he runs a VERY high quality HONEST business.
My bf works service calls doing repairs and installs here in the greater Orlando area.
He is coming up on a year of service with Action this week and had previously worked with them some years ago.
He is very meticulous and professional in his work and that is certainly reflected in the highly experienced craftsmanship of everything that he touches!
Now if I can just get him to unclog the kitchen sink here at home.

In all seriousness though I highly recommend Action Plumbing for all ur plumbing needs, NOT just because the man of my life works there, but, because everyday I get pictures throughout the day of the projects that he has encountered and I have witnessed the incredible level of professionalism and pride that he puts into his work!

Absolutely the best! I have used them a couple of times now, once for a leak under my foundation and another time for a complete garbage disposal replacement, each time they were professional, punctual, and provided great work. From customer service to the great workmanship they do its so nice to be able to know that you can call them and you dont have to stress. Honest and reliable at a competitive price.

Modern Plumbing has a wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier! Kim called me right away to schedule the job and get the ball rolling. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! We assessed the situation together, and he understood right away what was needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, and a very pleasant young man. Toby is amazing! We bought a house and wanted to feel confident that the plumbing was in good shape. Toby got us there, with his professionalism, experience, practical advice and recommendations. We bought some fixtures he installed and he replaced all of the valves (stops) under the sinks because they were old and some were stuck. We wanted to prevent plumbing problems later on so that was good advice as a preventative measure. He also installed a new water heater and new toilet with good recommendations that we are please with. And let's not leave out how courteous and friendly he is as well! And clean, MWPP's motto! I found this company from next door... lots of high ratings when I searched for a plumber. I thought I had a water tank leaking in my garage and they tracked down the real source of the leak, which was from a totally different area. Quick response, handled and repaired it right away while keeping me informed of what needed to be done and the cost. Was highly experienced, honest, personable and I felt went above and beyond to help... They will be my go-to plumber from now on! :) Thanks so much!

Showed up on time. Communicated well. Appears very knowledgeable. Services the area. Came recommended from a social media group, and they were right.

Service was great and the problem was fixed quickly. Receptionist was very polite getting us on the schedule as soon as possible. The plumber that came out was actually the owner of the business. He saw that it was an emergency situation for us and came himself to fix the issue. If you ask me, that is customer service! Thanks Express Plumbing.

Excellent workmanship. Professional and courteous staff. But let me elaborate. We had a complete re-pipe done at a reasonable competitive price. I did my research, and what stood out immediately to me was how professionally and customer oriented Mark, the owner, handles customer complaints. He personally goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are completely satisfied. This is not only evident in my case, but in every negative review posted. Compare the way complaints are handled by Mark and those by his competition. Mark's approach is always professional. You can see the difference. In my case, the gentlemen who came to my home, Don, Ric, Brandon, and Oscar, were clean, courteous, professional, and FAST! They did a great job (I watched) and they were finished and out in six hours. The job was neat, everything put back the way it was, and they cleaned up after themselves. Now we have no more leaks. Our water pressure is even better than it was before, and we got a discount on our insurance because of the re-pipe. Furthermore, the drywall crew did an excellent job too! They matched our custom wall texture perfectly. Job completed in six hours. Inspection and drywall repair the next day! I cannot express adequately just how impressed I am. I highly recommend Shamrock for all your plumbing needs. I know I will not hesitate to call them again. Thank you Mark. Michael and his assistant provided excellent service in replacing our shower valve. He even found a leak due to poor installation from another plumbing company. We are very satisfied with their service and attention to detail.

I was not able to use this businesses services because they never showed up! I called Monday of this week and it is now Friday. I had to call 3 separate times to speak to the receptionist there and she informed me each day I called back that the plumber would be there tomorrow before noon and he never showed up the entire week. There were no call-backs, no emails, no updates. We will be going with a different company from here on.
