Technician was called out to do work for an individual unit but was unable to do his work without having a shut off valve for the building itself. Technician did a shut off valve for the condo association and then completed his job for the unit owner. Technician was quick efficient polite and professional.

Over the past weekend my AC system stopped working. With the heat wave we are currently experiencing and family coming to visit I needed to make sure that our system was back up and running. I reached out to Ace Solves it All and within an hour of my call they had someone at my house fixing the issue. From the dispatch to their service, we received exceptional service above and beyond my expectations! I had an issue with my shower when I decided to try some I recommended cleaning and got something stuck in the drain and Nicholas Santiago responded to my house and did a fantastic job. Louis spent two days in my home recently working on a tub to shower conversion in my main bathroom. He arrived promptly on time each day, was extremely professional in his demeanor, performed his work diligently while keeping me constantly informed of what was happening, and managed to be very affable and unobtrusive in the process. These guys were money. Best experience I have ever had with any crew. Crew of 4 completed my repipe in 6 hours, city inspector came the next morning followed by another crew to reset the holes. Totally satisfied customer and their price was also reasonable. Two huge thumbs up. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

We were swapping out our toilet and discovered that the flange underneath was rusted and broken. We called Greenway Plumbing and they were able to come out the next day to help us! Mike was great with his honest assessment of the situation and gave us several options to choose from for this and a few other issues/future projects in our house. We're very happy with the end project and plan on calling Greenway Plumbing again in the future for other projects we'd like to complete!

Plumber sent by Associated Piping told me Moen had sent me wrong cartridge for my shower; wanted to charge me $800 to tear up my tile wall and replace the shower valve.

I called Moen support and they said it was the right part, then they talked me through the installation; only took me about 5 minutes to install the new cartridge myself for free.

Be alert, don’t get ripped off by shady plumbers!!!

Today, I had a disappointing experience with this company. While I understand that prices can vary, what I encountered was unacceptable. Last month, I reached out to Frank Gay for a service, and the work was completed satisfactorily. However, when I requested the same service for another property today, the price was twice the original amount. This was surprising, especially considering it wasn't an emergency call this time. During my conversation with the technician, they even tried to negotiate the price, which I believe shouldn't be the case for standard services. It seemed like the technician realized I was a business owner and attempted to take advantage. While they may get the job done, I strongly suggest exploring other providers in the area who offer honest work and reasonable prices. Therefore, I cannot recommend Frank Gay Services.

Also, tech did not leave my home the way it was found.
