We had to replace a toilet and shut off valve that were both leaking badly with water on the floor. It was done properly and included removal and disposal of all old components plus trash. The caulking was done expertly, too. The plumber was thorough, very nice and on time. This was our first experience with Harvey Baker Plumbing; we plan to renovate both bathrooms soon and will use them again.

I could not be more pleased with the service I receive from Modern Plumbing. I am doing a renovation and they have been wonderful working around the other contractors and always do a great job. My tech Johnny really goes above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer and makes sure everything is to my satisfaction. Thank you for the great work!

We had a Friday 5 PM Plumbing emergency. Shamrock did not try to take advantage of the situation. Others had quoted as high as $1125 for a simple valve replacement. Shamrock gave me a low of $225 and an high of $385. They scheduled for the following morning at 9 AM. Manny showed up on time and got the job done! I was very pleased with Shamrock and I am a contractor myself and know Great Customer Service and the Shamrock delivered it! Thank you Shamrock.

I called on a Tuesday night and was able to get an appointment for the next day. My 19 year old home had several clogs and roots growing into the main line. Everything was looked over carefully and priced before work began. He was pleasant and professional. Best of all, he was efficient, fixed the issues quickly, leaving no mess behind. Brad's guys did an amazing job. I had a leak from an upstairs bathroom to my downstairs. They identified the leak, fixed it and also cleaned up some of the messy piping. They were very professional, clean and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

These guys are life savers!! We had a leak in the kitchen that we had 3 other companies come out and could not fix. Thankfully these guys are absolute pros! They came ou, iidentified the problem and had it repaired in no time at all! We highly recommend Orlando Leak Detection!

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

Friday night, no heat, they arrived on time and were extremely honest. First time we didn't feel like we were getting ripped off...definitely recommend JMS plumbing burbank
