I had no Idea what a septic system consisted of and had 2 people come out before calling Mr.Lapin, who did not ask for a dime until He Himself spent 2 hours digging up my my yard to diagnose the problem, which is key as the other contractors did this diagnosis by phone and were 2x-3x more money. The team was able to do the job in 1 day and they stayed in touch and made me feel like they were my neighbor, I will only call them for all my plumbing needs as long as I live in the Orlando area!

We had to replace a toilet and shut off valve that were both leaking badly with water on the floor. It was done properly and included removal and disposal of all old components plus trash. The caulking was done expertly, too. The plumber was thorough, very nice and on time. This was our first experience with Harvey Baker Plumbing; we plan to renovate both bathrooms soon and will use them again.

I have been in construction most of my life. I was pleasantly surprised from my first call how everything went so smoothly with Herrell Plumbing. They were able to come the next morning after I called late, the day before to switch out my water heater that was leaking.
Their techs were extremely experienced and the quality of work was some of the best I have seen in years. I have worked with tons of plumbers at many projects. Many of them usually do sloppy work and want to rush the job. The Lead Tech Bill B. and Tim Craig were definitely some of the best i have experienced in many aspects. They knew exactly what to do, went above and beyond and even swept out the garage. Trust me that rarely if ever happens!
