TJ and José were friendly and took great care in the repairs. TJ reviewed the list/scope of work during the job, and he did a complete walk-through at the end with me. Highly recommend TJ and his team for handymen work, remodeling, and they also do moving services! They are awesome!

I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Matt was was able to narrow down the issue, fix it, and charge me a very fair price. Very honest and knowledgeable guy that is not out to screw but just perform honest work for an honest rate. I won't be using any other plumber. Highly recommend.

I have had Ben Franklin out to my house as well as rental properties on various occasions. Several of the issues were somewhat complicated (issues below the slab) while other were very simple (water heater issues). After my first dealing with Bill and his crew I knew whether it was simple or complicated, I was confident that the job would be done in a cost effective and quality manner. Knowing that I can leave service techs in my house to do their work so I can get back to mine really means a lot to a small business owner. On one occasion, the technician actually proposed an idea much simpler than the one I had originally suggested which ended up saving me several hundred dollars.
