Do NOT trust this company! They charged us well over double the original quote. When we questioned them about it we were told we had “Buyers Remorse”. All around awful experience and extremely rude management. We would be happy to take this review down if they billed us the original amount as the service was completed, but it was made very clear to us they will get their layers involved if needed. Safe yourself the headache of dealing with people like this a go with another company.

I had a very positive experience with Stronghold Plumbing! Albert arrived promptly on the day he provided me with a reasonable quote, and on the day of scheduled install for my water heater. Albert was kind, professional, and meticulous as he and the other individual who helped him during the install made sure to pick up and clean the work space once work was completed. I am very happy with the work completed by Stronghold Plumbing and plan on using them for future projects.

Great service from the Service Tech Thomas Marshall. He was very informative and knowledgeable as well as a true Professional. He just reaffirmed why I have always used Modern Plumbing and will continue to in the future.

Toby is amazing! We bought a house and wanted to feel confident that the plumbing was in good shape. Toby got us there, with his professionalism, experience, practical advice and recommendations. We bought some fixtures he installed and he replaced all of the valves (stops) under the sinks because they were old and some were stuck. We wanted to prevent plumbing problems later on so that was good advice as a preventative measure. He also installed a new water heater and new toilet with good recommendations that we are please with. And let's not leave out how courteous and friendly he is as well! And clean, MWPP's motto! June, 2021 - This is our second time using Frank Gay Services and I'm just as pleased this time as the first time. Mike, the technician sent out to determine the issue (very low refrigerant) was friendly and informative. He discussed all of the options to help me make the best choice for my home, and didn't try to push the most expensive models. We had to get a brand new AC system because the refrigerant for our old one has been banned. The system was 20 years old and inefficient anyway. They gave us a very fair price, and it was installed NEXT DAY! (The other company we got an estimate from wanted us to wait an extra week in the Florida summer with no AC.) The installation team was so unobtrusive I didn't even realize there were three people until they were leaving. They did the job in about 5 hours (far less than the 10-12 hours estimated by the other company). I'm very impressed and will continue to use their services in the future.Sept, 2018 - Our air conditioning went out and we were dying in this heat! Thankfully, Frank Gay Services was able to send someone out to fix it the same day we called. Dustin was very polite, professional and explained everything he was looking at, and all of the actions he took as he went along. He fixed our AC on the spot with a new capacitor! I would definitely use this company again, and also recommend them to others!

I have a Cool Today Plan to take care of plumbing, A/C and electrical needs. I had to replace my water heater yesterday. The Plan saved me a good amount of money. The plumber showed-up on time. He was pleasant and professional and he worked quickly. He also answered all my questions .
I would recommend Cool Today to any homeowner. Even if you don't need to replace something, they also maintain your equipment which isn't always something we ourselves get to.

John was pleasant and courteous. He seemed knowledgeable and told me how he could fix my problems. He told me what the cost was and let me decide what was to be done. He did what I agreed to quickly and left no mess. I was satisfied with his work. Good job.

After spending nearly $12k on a new AC, I’m disappointed in the cowling that covered the opening. I feel that the cowling install could have been better. It looks like something they forced to fit. Looks unprofessional. Otherwise, the service was good. The work and technicians were prompt.

We had to call someone to help with a problem on our lift station. Granted they were quick to help but the charges were outrageous. $3500 for less than one hour work. Feel like WE are the ones who got hosed. Get a price BEFORE you let them work for you and by all means, WATCH YOUR WALLET.
