Modern Plumbing has a wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier! Kim called me right away to schedule the job and get the ball rolling. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! We assessed the situation together, and he understood right away what was needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, and a very pleasant young man. Brad's guys did an amazing job. I had a leak from an upstairs bathroom to my downstairs. They identified the leak, fixed it and also cleaned up some of the messy piping. They were very professional, clean and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

Water line broke right before big storm was rolling in. Called Grace Plumbing because had A+ BBB status. Person who answered had a tech (Ian) out here within 45 min. Repair completed before weather rolled in. Good service.
