Action Plumbing recently helped us out when the burner on our hot water heater went out. They were out the same day, diagnosed the problem and diligently worked to overnight the needed part for repair. Leo was extremely helpful to me and my wife and the office staff was extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Action Plumbing.

Michael and his assistant provided excellent service in replacing our shower valve. He even found a leak due to poor installation from another plumbing company. We are very satisfied with their service and attention to detail.

Thank you so much for the fantastic job! We had our main water line break during some renovations. I was able to give Mercury plumbing a call and set up a morning appointment they asked if it was an emergency and thank God it wasn’t. The office called in the morning to confirm and Gabe promptly reached out before he arrived, Took care of it in under an hour!!! We were able to Open our doors for business the same day. Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

SO FAR - customer service was great. I called and asked for pricing info to service my tankless heater...the very kind lady who answered the phone did not know but took my info and will get some info by the end of the day. They likely won't be able to schedule my non-emergency visit for a couple weeks, so I'll update the review after that happens...

The owner rammed my pickup today after stopping to let me turn into my doctors office, then claimed he was going with flow of traffic and I cut in front of him. He is dishonest. This was witnessed by another driver. Very sad.
