I work with a Mold Assessment company and we ALWAYS refer Trent if we can not pinpoint a leak. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. They knew exactly what they were doing . Came to repair a huge leak and it needed to be fixed badly . No more being worried , I felt relieved . this company is extremely communicative. They fixed the problem it was easy for them and relieved stress for me .

The dispatcher was very sympathetic to my needs. They arrived within 15 min of me calling. The tech was very understanding to my concerns and jumped right into it solving the problem. Most importantly they were able to solve other issues I didn't see. Most friendly ever.

I needed a slab leak detection due to the hurricane and the tech that came out spent time patiently explaining everything to me. He was able to find the leak and also do the repair the same day. Plumber sent by Associated Piping told me Moen had sent me wrong cartridge for my shower; wanted to charge me $800 to tear up my tile wall and replace the shower valve.

I called Moen support and they said it was the right part, then they talked me through the installation; only took me about 5 minutes to install the new cartridge myself for free.
