Recently our A/C system developed a major water leak ( a/c condensation drain pipe blockage ) which consequently overflowed causing multiple ceiling leaks on the lower floor’s ceilings . After having another a/c company attempt to resolve this issue ( incomplete ) , I called Frank Gay Services and they immediately dispatched their service technician , Mr. Alex Pereira . He was extremely thorough and spent a few hours testing and vacuuming all water culminations . The absolute BEST troubleshooting of the complete A/C system I have ever experienced.
