We recently had to have a new AC unit installed and went with Rainaldi Home Services. The customer service we received was by far the best I’ve experienced in years. The technician was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the process while performing the work, answered any questions that were asked, and worked efficiently to assure we were able to get our AC up and running again. They did a beautiful job replacing the unit and went above and beyond on making the experience wonderful. Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

Drain Doctor Plumbers were great. Came to my house on the south side of Orlando with a good response time. They were able to show up within just a couple of hours. Plumber was quick to find the leak under my sink and do the repair. Prices were very affordable.

SO FAR - customer service was great. I called and asked for pricing info to service my tankless heater...the very kind lady who answered the phone did not know but took my info and will get some info by the end of the day. They likely won't be able to schedule my non-emergency visit for a couple weeks, so I'll update the review after that happens...

Tried to talk to the sales rep. Text only. Had mega problems getting things done. They had my money and didn't care any more. Tv ad says 1 to 2 days. That is a lie. Took almost 2 months to do a 4 bed 2 bath house. STAY AWAY
