We had to have an emergency visit on a Sunday afternoon of all days. We thought it was the septic system. It wasn't. Alex was on call for the day. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about our plumbing issue. At the end of the visit, he talked to us about the plumbing structure and what was the problem. He discussed how to maintain the system and what we needed to do, which products to buy and how often to use them, also if we had any questions. We did, and he answered them.
