Best Installation Water Filtration System in Orlando FL

We have been serviced by another company for 18 years and never questioned why we had to be pumped out so often. Last week this same company wanted to charge us $8,000 for a new drain field.We called Lapin Services at 4:30 on a recommendation and Chris drove across town to assess our problem. The next day the company had 4 or 5 people out to tell us that we in fact did not need a newdrain field. They added a riser so dirt does not keep filling up the tank. They could have sold me a new lid but were sensitive to the cost and kept the one year old lid I purchased with the past company when they cracked it!Thank you so much Lapin!

Had a clogged toilet at our office and called at the last minute to see if we could get someone to come out and fix the problem. Received a return phone call with in minutes and the owner was in our area and was dispatched to come out. Jeff arrived within minutes and even though he didn't have all the equipment he thought he needed, was able to fix the problem within seconds and didn't charge us a penny. This is a wonderful company and we will definitely call them in the future.

I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Gage came today on a holiday weekend Sunday
morning to adjust our pressure release that was leaking. He set it and didn't even charge for the time to come out as he six it was under warranty. I am amazed as i expected a charge at the minimum for them coming out.

Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

The team from roto-rooter is truly customer friendly and focused. My fear of possibly having a bigger issue was easily fixed by the professional in a few minutes. Very impressive.

They are on time, polite, and got the job done

No water coming into the house this morning. Called the county who came out and shut of the main so we could get it fixed. Called Pardo on recommendation. 24 hr answering service took our call and we had a call back in minutes and a truck at our house within an hour. Problem fixed at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely recommend!

Very pleased with the professionalism of this company. Our neighborhood Spring Oaks has used this company for many projects and been pleased. I had called to have my broken pool water fountain fixed and in no time Dave had it running perfect again. Thank you and will be using you in the future as well.

Shamrock Plumbing was fast and affordable. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. They are also fast to come out when you have an emergency.

We were extremely pleased with the work done by the team from Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond. Their price was reasonable, their people worked incredibly hard, and everyone was friendly and professional. They did a complete repipe of our house in one (long) day and arranged for the inspection and drywall repair very quickly. We would give them the highest recommendation possible and will use them again in the future for other plumbing needs.

Had them replace my water heater, cost half as much as the quote from the plumber you hear advertising on the radio. The installer was on time and professional. Install was quick and up to code.

Had them back out to unclog the drain line from the washing machine, arrived on time and fixed the problem price was good. Excellent service.

Update- I received my $501 refund as promised. I think that the company could do better in their communication but they did make it right for me.

On March 21, 2023, I used Roto Rooter to help me with some water damage. The initial gentleman that came to my home, Mike, was awesome! He found where the water was entering (from underground) and asked if I wanted his company to come out and clear out the drywall and air out the issue. I said yes, and then the next thing I knew I had a project manager, Yesenia, come out that day. It cost me $575. Yesenia told me that she would be with me from start to finish in the project. She indicated another group would come out to dehumidify the walls and use a microbial substance for any mold. She asked for my credit card and put a $1500 charge on my account which she stated would be the maximum charge. She also took my homeowners insurance information and said that she was going to help me get my insurance company to help alleviate the costs; she did not.

A team came a day later and started to tear out walls. One wall that they removed led out to the garage. They put a plastic covering over the hole which did not stay put no matter how many times I tried to nail it back onto the wall. The workers came and went. They were professional and polite, but the communication was terrible. I never knew when they were coming. They would tell me one day and show up the next. They would indicate morning and come in the late afternoon which caused me to constantly readjust my schedule. When I made an inquiry to Yesenia, she apologized, and phone calls were made to me by the workers to clarify the appointments.

Yesenia said that I needed a different company to fix the water problem. She recommended Elite Contracting Group who came out to survey the damage and see if they could fix the problem. The person I dealt with, Gio, I waited, patiently, for ten days and reached out. No response, I didn’t actually get his quote until May 25th. I called Yesenia in the interim to explain that I was not getting any help, so she recommended RACS. John, from RACS came to my house on May 4, and said that he thought it was a foundation issue. He recommended LRE. I contacted them, but they said it wouldn't fix the problem. I called John from RAC to just give me a bid to close the walls, and he never responded.

I was at a loss as to what to do, so I called Yesenia back. She told me that it wasn't her job to help me find a company, but she was helping me voluntarily. She indicated that her work with me was finished. Honestly, what the heck does a project manager do if not try and manage a project from start to finish as she initially indicated? I told her that because of all the storms and the hole from the inside of my house to the garage, moisture was coming into the house and I was going to have to pay for the dehumidifying and microbial sanitation again. She said nothing except, “oh.”

I am now over two months in on this project and it still is not finished. I had to find my own company, Serve Pro who will be fixing the issue. As a person who teaches interpersonal communication at a local college, I would like to point out that Roto Rooter is poor with its communication and customer service. They are great at starting projects, but they don’t follow up at all. If a person is not asking questions they will not get any assistance. When the project manager indicates a maximum of $1500 on a credit card that is not accurate, I spent over $3000. I also wonder if the company may have even caused damage to my house by letting all this moisture from the outside into my house because of the holes.

I am very disappointed by the customer service I have received. Language matters. What people say and do mean something. I would expect that a company as large as yours would have training to that effect. As it stands now, I feel like I was cheated out of $3000, and that doesn't make for a good Google review.
