TJ is absolutely wonderful – on time, professional, patient, efficient and economical. TJ provided an inspection & quote on the same day I called and completed the work within 24 hours. TJ and José were friendly and took great care in the repairs. TJ reviewed the list/scope of work during the job, and he did a complete walk-through at the end with me. Highly recommend TJ and his team for handymen work, remodeling, and they also do moving services! They are awesome!

All I wanted was to replace a toilet seat because the hinge broke. The cost ended up to be $298 which included inspection services I didn't want. In addition, there was an autorenewal clause so they can charge me every year even if I don't use their services. I never saw the contract before signing the documents. The service technician never told me what I was signing. He just said I had to sign in order to get the seat replacement. Obviously I should have gone to Home Depot.

Today, I had a disappointing experience with this company. While I understand that prices can vary, what I encountered was unacceptable. Last month, I reached out to Frank Gay for a service, and the work was completed satisfactorily. However, when I requested the same service for another property today, the price was twice the original amount. This was surprising, especially considering it wasn't an emergency call this time. During my conversation with the technician, they even tried to negotiate the price, which I believe shouldn't be the case for standard services. It seemed like the technician realized I was a business owner and attempted to take advantage. While they may get the job done, I strongly suggest exploring other providers in the area who offer honest work and reasonable prices. Therefore, I cannot recommend Frank Gay Services.

Also, tech did not leave my home the way it was found.
