I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Over the past weekend my AC system stopped working. With the heat wave we are currently experiencing and family coming to visit I needed to make sure that our system was back up and running. I reached out to Ace Solves it All and within an hour of my call they had someone at my house fixing the issue. Very prompt to Identify Problem an put repairs into motion. Explaining all to me prior to start of parts replacement. Final Testing proved all to be perfectly done. Refrigerant charge was verified to be in correct range. Very Knowledgeable an efficient for sure. Hats off to a job well done!
