My tankless water heater stopped working and someone recommended this company. From the first call they were very professional. They sent a technician out the same day and was able to diagnose the problem. He came back with the part and before I knew it I had hot showers again. Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.
