They did an amazing job installing fans in our condo - and it was no easy feat considering there was no electrical hook up for the fans, so they had to snake the wires instead. The results were professional and perfect, and the value was unbeatable. We had two fans installed as well as a chandelier, and the total cost was lower than any other quote we received. We highly recommend this company!

Just tried calling twice. The automated phone has options for Staff Directory, Emergencies, Commercial, HR, Permitting, etc. but has no option for residential and hangs up on you if you push 0 and would like to speak to someone. I was calling for a residential full repipe.

Tech was knowledgeable and fast. I just needed an all home water filter device replaced. It was a Saturday, and I guess I was a little shocked at the price. But I understand with the service call.

We recently had to have a new AC unit installed and went with Rainaldi Home Services. The customer service we received was by far the best I’ve experienced in years. The technician was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the process while performing the work, answered any questions that were asked, and worked efficiently to assure we were able to get our AC up and running again. They did a beautiful job replacing the unit and went above and beyond on making the experience wonderful.
