After completing a couple estimates in the Orlando area I selected Scott and Associates and I definitely made the right choice. The cost was very reasonable, the Technician was very professional. The job was done quickly and they did a good job cleaning up the work area after the job was completed.

Our copper piping from c. 1986 needed replacement before a pipe burst, Jeff and his team re-piped our 2,500 ft home with Super PEX in one day. Very pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail. All shut offs and bibs were replaced with nice 1/4 turn brass fixtures. New valves were installed as well as necessary hardware. All building materials were of high quality and built to last. Coordinated the re-pipe with remodeling plans to ensure all fixtures were in proper location. All areas were clean and tidy when they left. Jeff arranged a drywall contractor who patched holes in the walls after the job was completed. Highly recommended.

Hassle free, told him what I needed and was done to the detail. Very professional and time efficient. I Definitely will be using his services for future projects.

Our plumber's name was Nestor. He was punctual and professional and was very sociable. He did a wonderful job and was very easy to converse with regarding the issues regarding our plumbing. He represented Roto Rooter outstandingly. I will definitely use Roto Rooter again after the impression he left.

Drain Genie came out within hours of calling because of a leak I had happening. They fixed the leak, explained why the original pipe had cracked and even helped with another little plumbing issue I had. Will be calling them back next time I need a plumber.

We had a re-pipe done done on our home due to leaking copper pipes, they really needed to be replaced. From start to finish, the process with Shamrock Plumbing was up front and clear. Mark came by to do the estimate and was clear with what they were going to do and where some of the wall cuts would be. David’s crew completed the work quickly and cleaned up after they finished.

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.

Tried to talk to the sales rep. Text only. Had mega problems getting things done. They had my money and didn't care any more. Tv ad says 1 to 2 days. That is a lie. Took almost 2 months to do a 4 bed 2 bath house. STAY AWAY
