The dispatcher was very sympathetic to my needs. They arrived within 15 min of me calling. The tech was very understanding to my concerns and jumped right into it solving the problem. Most importantly they were able to solve other issues I didn't see. Most friendly ever.

I woke up in a sweat to my A/C not cooling and I was worried of how expensive it was gonna be. I called Allman Mechanical, They said they could be here the same day! They came out and were very knowledgeable and super helpful. They got the repairs to fit my budget and were able to get everything sorted out and fixed for me the same day!!! Thank you guys so much! My schedule window was from 1-3p so it was surprising to get a call at 1150a asking if I was ready for the installation. I had a 30 minute drive back to the house and once the tech got access to the garage, he got right to replacing the older unit with the new Rheem one. He was friendly and very helpful with my questions. Glad I can get hot warm back into the house again.
