I just want to say the service was fast , the tech who arrived on time was knowledgable, honest and quick to troubleshoot the issue with our heating unit. Johnathan was polite, personable and took the time to explain the issue the unit was having. He even found problems with the original install that I didn't even realize. He then corrected those additional flaws as well. Pro-Tech is a company I would recommend to anyone as a solid firm to trust fix your home HVAC needs. If all Pro-Tech technicians are as professional as Johnathan, this is the best air conditioning & plumbing company operating in Central Florida. The price was more than fair for the quality of work performed. I had new water heaters installed, kitchen and bathroom faucets installed, and shower trim installed. Mike was very upfront about how and where I can find discounted products prior to installation and what hiccups to look out for prior to moving forward so I could save money. I have done comparisons and my research and found they were honest from the get go. Omar treated my home like it was his home and even cleaned up afterward.
