Excellent service for installing curtains, fixed security motion sensors, & fixed shower head. I will definitely call them again. Very nice and personable.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided. The initial employee did not perform the task accurately. Travis entered and failed to clean the correct conduit. He chose to repair the drain conduit, which eventually led to a backup. The following day, the second man, Joe, arrived and repaired the toilet conduit and other issues. Joe took his time and completed the task accurately. 5 stars for Joe. Travis was also extremely useful!

Modern Plumbing has a wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier! Kim called me right away to schedule the job and get the ball rolling. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! We assessed the situation together, and he understood right away what was needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, and a very pleasant young man. Trent was very expedient through the leak detection process; explaining matters very concisely to make it easier going through subsequent necessities in dealing with a busted water pipe and the resulting flooding. Obviously I have dealt with plumbers in the past; none has been more professional, capable, and caring. The front office keeps you informed about service times and Brad, my technician, actually came back to explain the noise created by a cleaning system that I had installed.

This was by far the smoothest process I have experienced with home repair. Plumber, Kevin Holmes, was very professional, personable, & efficient!!! I would highly recommend this gentlemen for any of your plumbing needs. Did a lot of work within a reasonable amount of time ( less than 1 hour). He replaced the garbage disposal and replaced some piping under the kitchen sink. Excellent service!

Great company that I found when I had a leak on my roof.Theu came out on time and was the cheaper choice compared to all the other companies around. If I have a leak again I will definitely call Orlando Leak Detection!

Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.

My schedule window was from 1-3p so it was surprising to get a call at 1150a asking if I was ready for the installation. I had a 30 minute drive back to the house and once the tech got access to the garage, he got right to replacing the older unit with the new Rheem one. He was friendly and very helpful with my questions. Glad I can get hot warm back into the house again.
