We had a clogged drain and water going into the house called these guys out to clear a drain asked for pricing up front was told it would be around $160, 2 guys showed up spend 4 hours working on drain to find a broken pipe. They hit me with a $600 bill and said they would have to come back with a camera for an additional $175. And couldn't do it that day so rescheduled and they never showed up. Called another company they were here in 20 minutes used their camera to find OCB Plumbing was trying to open an inactive drain.

We have used Micro Plumbing on multiple occasions! Every time they have been professional, timely and a pleasure to work with. We live in a older neighborhood with lots of trees, and our main line to the streest was full of roots and was causing a back up into the house! This was a major undertaking to fix, they explained and took care of the situation. they have also helped with the small plumbing issues over the 13 years in our house. We highly recommend then to anyone, big or small they truly do it all!

Bill is amazing! I have had him come out 3 times now, once for a drain clog, once for preventative maintenance and the third time because I forgot about the preventative maintenance appointment and then needed him to come out for my laundry room flooding. Bill has always responded promptly, has shown up got right to work, explained everything about the situation so I knew what was going on. He is quick, reliable and affordable.
