Terry came out today and serviced our water heaters and home water filter. He was very honest and knowledgeable. It was nice to have a Plummer not try to sell us non needed items and work. He suggested some further upgrades which we needed anyway...poor plumbing design and we will defiantly go with Eyman and Terry again. Nate in Louisville.

They installed a whole house filter and salt free softener system and the water throughout the house is amazing! Super professional and work is outstanding, totally recommend. :)

We were recommended Tim by a handyman we use. He was great - he replaced our galvanized pipes and our water heater. He ended up having to be at our house from about 8 am to 11:45 PM and he was smiling the whole time! We tried offering food and drinks but he declined 😂he was very friendly and explained things to us in a way that made sense and didn’t go over our heads. We are so happy with the work he and his brother did and will definitely utilize RX Plumbing in the future.

An appointment was scheduled for this business to come out and replace my dishwasher. Apparently the job wasn't big enough. They didn't show up nor have the courtesy to call. I would have understood if I was told that on the phone , but to no call/no show? Really? That is very unprofessional.

Our basement flooded from a blockage in our cities pipes over a holiday weekend. Mike talked me through our options as well as what the city could be doing to be proactive I making sure nothing like this happens again. I called at least 12 other plumbers, water drainage companies and insurance agencies and Mike was the first to take time to talk to me.

Wonderful, great, best plumber ever!! Honest, courteous, helpful.
However he does work way to much. Come on man take a break!
