The first time I called them no one called me back for a few days. The second time I called them I made an appointment. No one showed up and no one called. I should have known better than to call the second time when no one called me back the first time.

A big thanks to Greg Barlow of Eyman Plumbing. A week ago he came out to repair a leak in our bathroom. This had been an ongoing problem with no solution. Greg found the problem and fixed it in short order. We had other water pressure issues in the kitchen. Greg determined it was a problem with the faucet fixture. He worked with the manufacturer and they replaced it under warranty. After installation he went through the entire house checking for clogged filter screens on all faucets and slow fill on the toilets. What I appreciated was his professional demeanor and his thorough approach to our plumbing maintenance. I strongly recommend Eyman Plumbing and give Greg a big thumbs up.

Unfortunately, we have had to call upon Rx Plumbing's expertise on more than one plumbing emergency. Fortunately, Tim (the Owner) has always fit us into his busy schedule, identified the problem, proposed the proper solution, and conducted the necessary repair(s) quickly and efficiently. He has out performed our expectations each time. Tim is an excellent problem solver and communicator, is friendly, does high quality work, is incredibly reliable, and is priced fairly. Gregory H. is and knowledgeable, and he answered all of our questions thoroughly. He was friendly of the space while working to replace our outdated washer outlet box. Pricing was clearly communicated before the task started. We are happy with the work and will be calling Gregory for our future plumbing needs.

An appointment was scheduled for this business to come out and replace my dishwasher. Apparently the job wasn't big enough. They didn't show up nor have the courtesy to call. I would have understood if I was told that on the phone , but to no call/no show? Really? That is very unprofessional.
