Spoke with Ben who quoted me $135 an hour, which I agreed to. He sent 2 guys to fix 2 toilets which were ghost flushing and replace a sink faucet. Upon completion I was presented a bill with a $225 an hour charge. Spoke with Ben where he tried to bully me by repeatedly saying I was informed of the added charge for 2 men when I was not informed. The bill also included a $100 charge for parts which were worth maybe $20 max. Not 48 hours later both toilets stopped working. Again spoke with Ben who was incredulous the toilets were not working and begrudgingly stated he would have someone take a look at them sometime next week. Aghast, I reiterated BOTH toilets were not working. He reluctantly agreed to have someone out that day. 2 weeks later, one toilet started vacuum sealing and the other would not complete a full flush. Afraid to call Ben, who had stated he was done with me. I videoed a friend where we discovered Ben's plumbers had turned down the tank water so low, it was causing these issues. I fixed it myself.

Our drain in the laundry room was backing up on a Saturday afternoon. They where there within 2 hours and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Professional and polite young men.

I was referred to Mike by my boss after I had a different plumber come out to tell me that I needed a wash out installed on one of my pipes before my main line could cleaned. I explained to Mike the situation and he immediately had questions about the other plumbing company. Mike then told me that he would not be able to come out for a couple of days to attempt to unclog my pipes. HOWEVER! On a friday night around 8pm as he was home with his family he went above and beyond to find a plumber that could get out to me the next day. He made a couple of phone calls and within minutes he called me back to tell me he had someone who was available to come out the next day. I was beyond impressed by this kind of service. Not only did he call the other plumbers and get me in contact with them, he also called me back a couple of days later to see how everything went. Even though he did not do a single thing for my pipes I could tell that his service was top notch. I would highly recommend dealing with him for any of your needs and you can rest easy knowing that it is true, honest work. Thank you Mike!

Tim was a godsend after our previous plumber. I would trust nobody else with larger projects. We have an old house in Dundee with galvanized pipes and had another plumber replace the tub stopper. A few months later, our ceiling was starting to bulge from leaks. After several unsuccessful attempts from the previous plumber to fix the leak, we called Tim and he came to our house to inspect. He quickly found the source of the leak and it was clear Tim really knows and loves plumbing.

Since we had a number of other issues with our rusty pipes I asked if he could fix those too. Tim traced the pipes from the basement to the bathroom while I tagged along and we came up with a detailed gameplan. A few visits later Tim finished everything:

1. Replaced all the galvanized steel piping from the basement to the upstairs with copper
2. Fixed the leaky tub
3. Installed a new vanity and sink
4. Replaced 15 feet of flat PVC piping with properly dropped PVC and a real fitted connection back to the galvanized exit pipe.

Not a single leak since then. RX Plumbing is awesome and they're definitely our new go-to plumbing company. Thanks Tim!

An appointment was scheduled for this business to come out and replace my dishwasher. Apparently the job wasn't big enough. They didn't show up nor have the courtesy to call. I would have understood if I was told that on the phone , but to no call/no show? Really? That is very unprofessional.

Dalton was thorough in his assessment of the heating fix job. He gave me information about my heating system that the first two technicians did not. There were 2 other technicians from other companies in my building before him that never mentioned that my ducts were made of asbestos. This is important information to me as I have been diagnosed with cancer from exposure to asbestos. Dalton also took my system apart and actually showed me what needed to be replaced and why. I was given 3 different pricing estimates and different financing options. The level of expertise between Dalton and the 1st two technicians from other companies are separated by light years. I feel blessed to have met Dalton and look forward to working with him and his company in the future.
