These guys were awesome. Very professional. We just needed our water heater replaced, but they walked our property with us and wanted to know if there was anything else they could help us with that was in their wheelhouse. Afterwards they laid out all the options and we chose what worked best for us financially and as homeowners. The actual work done was great. Our water heater is flawless and has really made a difference. The other work they did was well done too. There was a small mishap during installation where our screen door was broken, but they were super professional about it and are replacing it for us at their cost. They have actually been more helpful than the place we have been going through to replace the window. These guys are why you do business with a local company.

The response time was amazing, under an hour from when I called. Joe, the serviceman arrived and was very polite and courteous. He really worked hard and illustrated tremendous tenacity when he encountered a huge clog of sludge in my kitchen pipes that just would not seem to surrender. He was very fair and honest with me regarding the price. He told me upfront, exactly what he was going to have to do, and how much it would cost. He kept me in the loop the entire way until the clog finally went down the drain. Then, he sold me a jug of enzymes the help prevent the problem from reoccurring.
