Called back on the weekend to schedule my service on Monday as our leak was not an emergency which was fine. He arrived on time, was courteous, and got the job done. Our normal plumber was backed up for weeks and ProPlumb was the only one to call us back on the weekend

Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

Called them on a Friday afternoon/early evening because our main drain backed up while I was doing laundry. Two guys came within a few hours and they were extremely friendly and professional. We all thought the problem was fixed and they left. About an hour later we realized that it wasn't fixed and was leaking again. Gave them a call again and about an hour later two other guys showed up. They were also extremely friendly and professional. They fixed our problem and everything seems to be working fine now. Even with emergency rates they were incredibly affordable. They even cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They put our washer back and hooked it up and even cleaned the carpet on our basement steps. We will definitely recommend them from now on and if ever needed we will always call them first.

Very over priced! Check with other company's before you make a decision.

Tim came out as part of our kitchen remodel, and he was timely, friendly, and great at his job. All the kitchen stuff is great, and we asked him to do a couple other odd jobs as well, and they all turned out perfect. Will definitely be noting him down as our regular plumber!
