Called back on the weekend to schedule my service on Monday as our leak was not an emergency which was fine. He arrived on time, was courteous, and got the job done. Our normal plumber was backed up for weeks and ProPlumb was the only one to call us back on the weekend

My air conditioning recently quit working. While looking through the Yellow Pages, I noticed that Eyman worked on air conditioning,( I did not know that) and since I had used them before for plumbing services, I knew that I could trust them. John knew right away what the problem was. He was professional and cordial, and at NO TIME did he insist, that my unit was beyond repair , and that I needed a new air conditioner. Nor did he quote me an outrageous price to get my unit repaired, that would lead you to go ahead and purchase new unit. Experiences I have had in the past. He fixed the problem at a very reasonably price, and my air is now working. I have already recommended Eyman to someone who had the same bad experiences, that I have had. When my air does finally conk out, I will have Eyman install my new one.

I was referred to Mike by my boss after I had a different plumber come out to tell me that I needed a wash out installed on one of my pipes before my main line could cleaned. I explained to Mike the situation and he immediately had questions about the other plumbing company. Mike then told me that he would not be able to come out for a couple of days to attempt to unclog my pipes. HOWEVER! On a friday night around 8pm as he was home with his family he went above and beyond to find a plumber that could get out to me the next day. He made a couple of phone calls and within minutes he called me back to tell me he had someone who was available to come out the next day. I was beyond impressed by this kind of service. Not only did he call the other plumbers and get me in contact with them, he also called me back a couple of days later to see how everything went. Even though he did not do a single thing for my pipes I could tell that his service was top notch. I would highly recommend dealing with him for any of your needs and you can rest easy knowing that it is true, honest work. Thank you Mike!

Unfortunately, we have had to call upon Rx Plumbing's expertise on more than one plumbing emergency. Fortunately, Tim (the Owner) has always fit us into his busy schedule, identified the problem, proposed the proper solution, and conducted the necessary repair(s) quickly and efficiently. He has out performed our expectations each time. Tim is an excellent problem solver and communicator, is friendly, does high quality work, is incredibly reliable, and is priced fairly. The owner not only fixes the problem, but explains the problem and how to ensure proper maintenance. Everything is done with excellence and your home is left clean!
