Our service tech, Joe Rybin, did an excellent with our plumbing problem. We called Eyman in the morning, they gave us a 4-hour window and arrived within the time they stated. Very happy with their service and will continue to use them in the future.

When you invite someone into your home to fix something, there's always a small worry that it'll be someone you don't want in your home. This was not the case. R Mechanical Heating & Air was friendly, comfortable and above all did great work from start to finish. Deb got a hold of me RIGHT away and was able to fit an appointment in ASAP. She explained everything clearly but when the technician came, I never really expected how courteous and lovely the service would be. He was clear when explaining what was wrong AND after doing a diagnostic check, he cleaned our filters. He worked the WHOLE TIME and did so with a smile. What a guy! I highly recommend them. We've had a positive history with every Ralston business we've worked with and these guys were no different. More than positive, floored. Did I mention the price was SO REASONABLE. 2 Compressors replaced, cleaned my filters, ran diagnostics and was out in less than 2 hours. LESS THAN 2 HOURS. I was almost sad to see him go. If anything happens again, we know who to call.

A great place to work! I have seen first hand how many times they do the right thing for customers and their employees. In today's world, it's rare to see the kind of culture and ethics they instill in their business.

Seems like they have a history of bad drivers. Just watched one employee drive 100+ mph down I80 weaving in and out of traffic. Driving on the shoulder and tailgating multiple vehicles. If there employees are a testament to their service I would strongly recommend any other company. Putting peoples lives at risk is a major concern and from what I’ve seen this is a recurring problem with this company and it’s drivers. Be careful out there if you see them on the road they have no regard from human life.
