We were recommended Tim by a handyman we use. He was great - he replaced our galvanized pipes and our water heater. He ended up having to be at our house from about 8 am to 11:45 PM and he was smiling the whole time! We tried offering food and drinks but he declined 😂he was very friendly and explained things to us in a way that made sense and didn’t go over our heads. Before I called Mr. Drake I had tried working with at least four other plumbers over the years. Now that Bill has been taking care of our plumbing for the last couple of years, I know once he's out to the house, the problem will be fixed right the first time.
