We've been ServiceOne customers for a few years. The techs are cordial, but Steve B left an impression on my family and I that we won't soon forget. I'm no electrician, plumber, etc. However, Steve took me to school and educated me on a level that I could understand. He was extremely knowledgeable in his profession, down to earth, but not arrogant. We have a South African Boerboel (rare breed) who doesn't like strangers, but he loved Steve.
