Colton came out to jet our drain today. He did an amazing job. He was so friendly and kind. He was so confident I felt so much better. Jim came back again today to check on us after our fiasco yesterday.Joe came to our rescue yesterday, on Fathier's day no less! He was so pleasant and informed. He didn't like how things felt and thankfully he called in Jim. Thank goodness he did. Jim was so easy to talk to and talked us through this nightmare. He answered every question and his honest and candid responses put my husband and I at ease. Working with Tim is like working with a friend.We also have the pleasure to work with Tim. When Tim found how far the moisture reached through our home I was devastated, but only for a moment because he helped me through every step of the process so far. He has kept me so informed this almost feels easy.Sean and Jeremy are doing the dry out and demo but they have done so much more. Sean has helped me through several hiccups that I know don't belong to him but he has helped me out without even having me ask. Jeremy's very friendly he is professional and has also went out of his way to help me with things. Had what seemed to be a worrisome leak when the bitter cold started. Justin from PlumbRite was able to find the source and fix it within minutes. Made us a fan of PlumbRite and we'll be doing more work with them in the future.
