John is my first call for any home plumbing need. As usual, he answered my call promptly, scheduled his visit and arrived on time, and most importantly, completed the job in less than an hour. It might have been within the scope of my skill-set but his one hour job probably would have taken me the better part of a day (and multiple trips to the hardware store). Thank you John!
