We had our sewer main get blocked and collapse and frantically called plumbers all around the city. Cliff answered our call after hours and took the time to discuss the issue with us. Junior was out the next morning bright and early and helped diagnose the issue. Once it was known the entire line needed to be dug up and repaired, Junior and Keith worked diligently for 5 days to find the blockage, repair and replace the line, and ensure they cleaned up the yard as much as possible. They were always friendly, honest, and on time. The communication was great as well. I would highly recommend using VIP Plumbing for any plumbing services you need. We had a great experience and will be calling on them for routine maintenance and if we have any future emergencies.

They showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced and took a look and repaired my dishwasher/garbage disposal because it was also leaking. I’m glad I called EDCO and would recommend to anyone for service!

Came in less than an hour after my call on a Friday afternoon and had my toilet repaired in an hour. The price seemed fair and Robert did what he could to save me money. He was willing to talk to me about other options to repair instead of patch everything at a later date. Very polite and did not waste time. I️ had a sewer blockage in my home. I️ had two previous plumbers attempt to fix my problem (one of them being the prominent Roto-Rooter). After $600 to Roto-Rooter and $1k to another company, my problem was unsolved. After 5 days without necessities in home, I️ called Ray's and set an appointment.

Mario, the technician, was punctual, polite, and knowledgable. Through the process he explained what he was doing and where the other companies went wrong. Within 15 minutes and it cost less than $200.

We were assigned this company through our home warranty. Their guy came out did nothing but looked at our leaking shower and took some pictures. He said they would have to order a part and be back. Then told our home warranty that because ONG knicked our water line it was causing the leak. We ended up convincing the home warranty that they were making up excuses to not do the work. They sent another plumbing company today who fixed the issue with no additional parts and agreed that our water line being knocked had nothing to do with the shower leaking. If I would have called them myself to come out and paid them directly I would be contacting them for a refund of the service call. I would not recommend thiscompany!
