I can't say enough good things about this service. Robert and Brent were prompt, courteous, and did outstanding work installing my water softener. They started late, but did not charge me extra for the late hours and they were committed to finishing the project on the first visit so I would not be without water while waiting for the installation to be finished. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and will do in the future.

Came in less than an hour after my call on a Friday afternoon and had my toilet repaired in an hour. The price seemed fair and Robert did what he could to save me money. He was willing to talk to me about other options to repair instead of patch everything at a later date. Very polite and did not waste time. Amazing Service!
Called at 12:20pm on a Sunday they we're at my home by 1:15pm. Turns out the issue was with the city line. They called the city and stayed while the city was there to be sure the blockage was cleared after the city tried to say it was their line. Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable techs, dispatch was patient and gave upfront pricing that never changed and followed up with us regarding the city issue; seriously, she's the best. I can't say enough great things about this company. Great customer service, fair pricing, etc.

They were called calledby my complexto fix a pipe that had been sending my sink drainageinto its own ever growing pond. Very courteous and professional. They even cleaned up after themselves. I would fully recommend.

Don's Plumbing really came through for us today! Our pipe burst, and water went everywhere! I called at least a dozen plumbers and Don's was one of the only ones to even give me an ETA on service. Then when they learned we were close to the area he was already out working in, he came by after hours and helped us out. They didn't know it, but we have a son with special needs, and we depend on our water to keep his medical supplies clean. They did us such a huge favor without even knowing the extent of it. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Don was so kind and professional. I cannot recommend this company enough!

We've been with Bailey Brothers for years. We called about a freeze up, and Michael came out before an already booked day to check it out. What started as an expensive misdiagnosis, ended in a rapidly resolved re-diagnosis after a more detailed inspection. We are very grateful for the patience and remediation, honesty and willingness to speak candidly about the problem and the initial miss. We had our AC back up and running in less than 48 hrs, and for us this was critical - we have a brand new baby at home.

Highly professional company with fair prices.

They fixed the issue, but when I followed up due to a new concern that my foundation guys had. The tech was very stern in telling me that they were not plumbers and Didn’t know what they were talking about, which is absolutely true, but not the level of customer service I would wish on anyone who spent around 150 to have someone come out and service their plumbing. I would’ve been more satisfied if the tech would have more clearly tried to explain why he didn’t think it was an issue and possibly made a quick Follow-up service call at some point within the week to make sure new problems hadn’t popped up.

I am happy to report that I had another plumbing company come out and they were able to help me understand why the foundation repair people might have thought there was another issue and thoroughly checked to make sure there were no other potential issues. Unfortunately, I wish I would’ve had that company handle the situation first.
