This is my first review of any company ever. My experience with Indigo Plumbing justifies my time. I researched dozens of plumbers and called several to get an estimate on multiple plumbing issues. The results of my efforts were usually that no one answered the phone or responded to my message. I did finally speak to two plumbing companies, got one call-back, and was able to get one plumber to come to my house and give me an estimate, which was nothing short of an insane amount. Discouraged, I returned to my search, and good fortune led me to call Indigo Plumbing. At this point, I was just surprised that someone actually answered the phone, and I was very happy that they took notes about my plumbing issues and scheduled an appointment at my convenience.
On appointment day, I received a text when Christopher was en route. He arrived promptly and quickly provided an estimate that I felt was very fair. It was an astounding $1800 less than the other estimate that I had received from another company. I scheduled an appointment for him to come back and do the work, which was going to take most of the day. I had multiple jobs for him to do that included: replacing hot water tank, replacing toilet seal, changing bathroom faucet, changing entire shower fixture and valve assembly, and rebuilding an outside spigot.
On work day, I once again received a text when Christopher was coming. He completed all of the jobs with complete efficiency, speed, professionalism, and courtesy. He even finished in less time than he had estimated, despite having to go for parts twice because of unforeseen problems with my plumbing. He removed all old parts and trash and cleaned up each work area. Also, Christopher respectfully wore a mask the entire time because of my auto-immune disease. Honestly, I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with him; he worked like a very polite and friendly and well-oiled machine.
From my initial contact with Indigo Plumbing to the completion of all work, my experience has been first-rate. In addition to the excellent resolution of all my plumbing issues, they provided complete communication and thorough documentation, including emails of estimate, invoice, and receipt.
I know that this will sound cliche in a review, but if you are in need of a plumber, do not waste your time searching and investigating (as I did) --- just call Indigo Plumbing and be done with it!

Taking advantage of winter storm $500 to 1000 to fix one busted pipe

Worst service EVER!!!! They show up for about 1-2 hours and take off and then don’t show their faces again for several days. Something that should take 3 days takes them anywhere from 3weeks to 8 weeks. Calling to speak to a manager does absolutely no good. They don’t care. If you are wanting quality work in a somewhat timely manner DO NOT use this company!

Outstanding. It's so rare to find a service provider that does what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it. But that's exactly our experience with HVAC Solutions.. They called before they came out, they arrived on time, they did great work, and they were very professional. I'll never call anyone else when it comes to HVAC needs.

They were prompt. He understood what I was requesting and installed a valve so I can use my new refrigerator water and ice. He even test the valve.

Mr. Michael is always a pleasure to work with. He treats me just like family. We talked abt his family and I talked about my family. Mr. Michael is very easy to talk to. He is very professional at what he is doing. And if he can't fix whatever he will let you know and I am never wondering abt the price or if it's going to be completed in 2 or 3 business days. Mr. Michael assess the problem let you know how much etc., in my case an electrician had to be called in Mr. Michael introduced him to me he was very friendly. Nothing had to be done on that part he said everything checked out good. But overall my experience with the company is strictly professional and I like that.
