Joe went way beyond what I expected to help install a new sink in my kitchen rehab. I highly recommend him for any plumbing job. I have already talked to him about a gas job I need to do in the future. He told me in terms I could understand what he needed to do in this 60 year old house and kept me informed all through the process what the cost was going to be. It cost more than I anticipated, but I would do it again. He does very high quality work. His 35 years of experience is worth a great deal. Thanks for your help Joe, I look forward to seeing you again.

Charles was excellent. Very pleasant & nice to bs with while still working. He didn't give me the run-around or try to cheat me. Unfortunately due to the nature of the issue we can't guarantee it's resolved until I can test it tomorrow. The cost was also very reasonable for the time. 5 stars to company & the rep.

Let me start by saying that this company is very professional and my experience interacting with employees was pleasant, but that was not the issue. The company replaced an outside faucet last fall (correctly I assumed). I did not use the faucet until January. When I turned the faucet on it had limited pressure and then water started leaking from my brick work- obvious signs of a busted pipe. When I contacted the plumber, I was told & it was explained to me with visuals that the pipe froze because of a hard freeze. This appears to be honest & direct reasoning. However, I have lived in the house for 18 years with absolutely no pipes bursting despite numerous hard freezes. I find it more than ironic that my first pipe burst in nearly 20 years occurred right after I had work done. More than ironic? I think not. When I brought this to the company’s attention they claimed no responsibility. Again, in a professional manner & with additional visuals to explain how they are not at fault. The resulting damage costs were over $4000 to repair, reinstallation, abatement , & remodeling (thanks for the slight discount on the reinstallation though). My homeowners insurance covered some, but not entirely- leaving me with a huge expense. I say all this to advise customers to ask LOTS of questions prior to repairs that include liability issues. I do not require a rebuttal from the company, but I believe this issue needs to be known for someone considering using this company.

My restaurant started using Brookes Grease service to clean and empty our grease trap at our location. After using them for almost a year we started having plumbing issues throughout our building. When we had plumbers out to address the situation it cost us almost $4000 to get things back to good all because they only skimmed the top of the trap when they did their so called cleaning. Causing grease to back up in the building and clog drains throughout the building. When we told them that we would not be using their service anymore because of A, B and C their response was to charge me $3 a day for the remainder of the contract they breached by not doing the service correctly in the first place. I will be fighting them on this and taking them to court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Absolutely horrible!!
