Best Residential Repair in Oklahoma City OK

This is the first time I've ever given a service company a 1-star review. I gave them one star for solving the problem at the property. They did a fine plumbing job, that wasn't the problem. However, they sold the job, which was replacing a drain pipe, on the basis that the insurance would cover the entire cost of the job. I was skeptical, and I asked the plumber, based on his experience, what were the chances that the claim would be paid. He told me that based on his experience, 90% of the jobs he's done had been covered. He said the only ones that would not were ones in which the homeowner said the wrong thing to the insurance adjuster. He said not to worry, that he would talk to the adjuster to make sure they would cover the claim. What I found out from the insurance adjuster was that, in fact, not one part of the job would be covered by insurance. I insisted that the adjuster call the plumber. According to the adjuster, he called and left a voice mail for the plumber, which was not returned. The next week he called again, and this time plumber hung up on him. If VIP Plumbing tells you the job will be covered by insurance, don't believe a word they say.

The nicest most honest team to ever work on my home. We loved them and they didn't over charge or leave a half finished job. They saved us thousands of dollars and were such a blessing. Can't say enough good about them!

William Field, the plumber who led the project, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain the entire process to us in detail. He was also very respectful of our home and made sure to clean up after the job was done.

William and his team were able to complete the job in a timely manner, and they did so with great precision and attention to detail. They made sure that everything was working properly before they left, and they even tested the lines to ensure that there were no leaks.

Didn’t even go as far as having them service a building we needed worked on. The lady that answered the phone this morning was very unprofessional and rude. It’s sad you have someone like her representing a company that has the name professional in it. Her attitude is just as bad as most plumbers work I have seen… nasty 🤮

Every drain in my house was backed up, I called Plumbstruction and they were here the same day and unclogged every drain quickly and efficiently. I recommend this company and I'll definitely be using their service again in the future

After two different companies (Air Comfort Solutions and Gordons Service Experts) tried to bend me over for a new system they came over and found out all I needed was a $15 part. It's nice to see there's still someone in the trades that knows what honest business is. I would recommend them to anyone.

They installed a kitchen faucet and a bathtub drain with overflow with a new shower valve and raised the shower head. They did a good job. I couldn't say if the price was competitive or not since I needed it done that day due to another plumbing company bailing out on me the day of. Lakeshore was able to make time and even though they scheduled for 2 hours, it took 5 hours due to the bathtub being the original tub from when the house was built in the 60's.

I had some sink problems back in the days and the waste disposal. Until a week ago when the kitchen got flooded due a broken pipe. Nasty thing to happen! Thankfully we were at home and there was no serious damage. I arranged for the plumber to come and fix the pipe. He was very accurate and prompt, didn't waste any time, 45 mins later it was all done !

Andrew and his boss came out and saved me thousands of dollars. Jetted the sewer lines and ran a camera and there was no need to tear up my floor to fix the cracks in the cast iron pipes. Normal wear and tear. No need for lining either. Honest guys, would use again for sure.
