After having issues with my bathroom and kitchen plumbing for a few days, I contacted Plumber Oklahoma City, OK Plumbing & Repair this morning. He told me he was very busy, but would work to schedule our repair in with his team. I was so excited (and relieved!) to hear that they were able to come out after hours today! It is 9:30pm and his team is wrapping up their project. The fact that he was willing to spend 30 minutes with me on the phone addressing my issues (and educating me on the process!) and made time to come out the same day says a lot about his commitment to his customers. I absolutely will recommend this crew to anyone in search of a plumber. Outstanding customer service, friendly people and great job on the repair!

Champion Plumbing has definitely exceeded my expectations. It is evident they invest in building relationships with their clients to provide the best service(s) needed. Incorrectly diagnosed the roof leak problem. Now 3 months later won’t come out to rectify. Offered a refund but now won’t reply to me. Is costing 5x amount already paid to fix the initial issue. Building dispute resolution case lodged as no one will reply to me now.

Andrew and his boss came out and saved me thousands of dollars. Jetted the sewer lines and ran a camera and there was no need to tear up my floor to fix the cracks in the cast iron pipes. Normal wear and tear. No need for lining either. Honest guys, would use again for sure.
