We had our sewer main get blocked and collapse and frantically called plumbers all around the city. Cliff answered our call after hours and took the time to discuss the issue with us. Junior was out the next morning bright and early and helped diagnose the issue. Once it was known the entire line needed to be dug up and repaired, Junior and Keith worked diligently for 5 days to find the blockage, repair and replace the line, and ensure they cleaned up the yard as much as possible. They were always friendly, honest, and on time. The communication was great as well. I would highly recommend using VIP Plumbing for any plumbing services you need. We had a great experience and will be calling on them for routine maintenance and if we have any future emergencies.

I highly recommend these plumbers. Terrific customer service, quick work, and reasonable cost. I called with an emergency on a Saturday night, and they got to my apt in 10 minutes. The owner and his adult son, also a plumber, resolved my issue in five minutes. They were very respectful, professional, and clean.
