We had our sewer main get blocked and collapse and frantically called plumbers all around the city. Cliff answered our call after hours and took the time to discuss the issue with us. Junior was out the next morning bright and early and helped diagnose the issue. Once it was known the entire line needed to be dug up and repaired, Junior and Keith worked diligently for 5 days to find the blockage, repair and replace the line, and ensure they cleaned up the yard as much as possible. They were always friendly, honest, and on time. The communication was great as well. I would highly recommend using VIP Plumbing for any plumbing services you need. We had a great experience and will be calling on them for routine maintenance and if we have any future emergencies.

I can't say enough good things about this service. Robert and Brent were prompt, courteous, and did outstanding work installing my water softener. They started late, but did not charge me extra for the late hours and they were committed to finishing the project on the first visit so I would not be without water while waiting for the installation to be finished. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and will do in the future.

Came in less than an hour after my call on a Friday afternoon and had my toilet repaired in an hour. The price seemed fair and Robert did what he could to save me money. He was willing to talk to me about other options to repair instead of patch everything at a later date. Very polite and did not waste time. The owner is as unprofessional as anyone gets. And they quoted me over 800.00 to put a 240 plug in my location that needs 6 feet of wire to my breaker box. What is going on must think I'm an idiot

Lakeshore replaced a cartridge on a Delta faucet and charged me $465. The cartridge at Lowes is $75. The whole faucet assemble new is $175. So they essentially charged me $390 for 1 hours work!!!!!
Follow up: I called and complained about the price and they adjusted the price down $80 so the bill looks like $465, $-100 first time customer fee =$365 - $80 adjustment = $285
